Board Member and Exec Producer join Aurra
Aurra Studios is delighted to welcome Sian Hansen and Will Aslett to the team.

Sian Hansen joins the Aurra Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Sian was formerly Chief Operating Officer for Sir Lynton Crosby’s C|T Group (2019-2023), and is currently a Non-Executive Director of a UK listed investment trust, Senior Adviser to the Sanctuary Counsel, a Trustee of Onward, an influential think tank, and board director of the Almeida Theatre. She was Executive Director of Legatum Institute and before this was Managing Director of Policy Exchange, one of the UK’s most successful policy think tanks. Early in her career, she has held senior roles in investment banking, both as an analyst and Director of Sales. Sian’s most recent adventure is as a podcaster, hosting The Art of Communication podcast. Sian will be helping Aurra raise capital and navigate high profile partnerships.
Will Aslett is an award-winning executive producer, series producer and senior development executive with strong relationships with major broadcasters and platforms. He is an extremely effective team manager and brings great editorial skills. His expertise is in defining the top-line of an idea and translating that into high rating, content-rich, factual programming: science, consumer science, business, history, and large-scale public stunts. Will has originated, developed and had commissioned over 60 titles many of which have won or been nominated for awards: Coast – BAFTA, Perfect Disaster – EMMY, Richard Hammond’s Journeys series 1&2 – EMMY & BANFF, Afterlife – BROADCAST. Will’s area of expertise will be a major driver of Aurra’s cross-platform development projects.
